Leamout returns structured application errors:

PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE
UNAUTHORIZED
FORBIDDEN
STEP_UP_REQUIRED
NOT_FOUND
CONFLICT
TOO_MANY_REQUESTS
NOT_IMPLEMENTED
INTERNAL_ERROR
SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

INTERNAL_ERROR responses use a safe public message by default instead of returning wrapped internal errors.
