Connectivity
Connectivity overview
How carrier connections, trunks, endpoints, and numbers form a telecom route.
Connectivity is independent from runtime placement in Leamout.
For BYOC, the route is built from organization-owned resources:
Phone numbers can be assigned to a carrier connection for inbound ownership. Voice applications bind numbers to application behavior.
Carrier connections hold authentication and policy. Trunks describe routable service. Trunk endpoints are the physical SIP destinations selected by health, priority, and weight.
