Call events

Consume normalized call lifecycle events from Leamout.

Leamout normalizes telecom lifecycle changes into durable domain events.

Current call event types include:

call.initiated
call.ringing
call.answered
call.active
call.held
call.resumed
call.completed
call.failed
call.cancelled
call.recording.available

Call events include the Leamout call ID, SIP call ID when available, application and organization IDs, from, to, direction, public status, media state, occurrence time, and lifecycle-specific fields such as hangup reason or duration.

Events are written through the transactional outbox before asynchronous delivery so telecom history does not depend on an in-process callback succeeding.

Use webhooks to receive subscribed events over HTTPS.
