Create conferences and manage participant media state.

Leamout conferences are durable organization-scoped resources with programmable participant controls.

A conference has a name, optional voice application, lifecycle state, and timestamps. Participants track joined/left state plus mute, deaf, and speaking flags.

Current controls include:

create / list / get / end conference
list / add / remove participants
mute / unmute participant
deaf / undeaf participant
kick participant
lock / unlock conference

Conference events include conference.created, conference.ended, conference.participant.joined, conference.participant.left, and conference.participant.failed.
